Mobile Bulk Material Vacuum and Truck Loading System
High-efficiency mobile vacuum and truck loading systems provide an engineered, dust-free solution for transloading bulk solids from stockpiles, silos, or big bags directly into tanker trucks. This integrated, towable platform combines pneumatic vacuum extraction with mechanical screw conveying to streamline bulk logistics operations while completely eliminating material loss.
Key Operational Advantages
Rapid Transloading: Maximizes material throughput with a high-capacity, automated transfer sequence.
Zero Material Loss: Enclosed negative-pressure pipeline design prevents product wastage and external spillage.
Environmental Integrity: Active dust containment maintains safe, clean facility air and satisfies strict regulatory standards.
Reduced Labor Demands: Automated sequence monitoring and remote controls minimize the need for manual operator intervention.
High Facility Mobility: A centralized wheeled chassis allows fast repositioning via tow-bar, forklift, or site vehicle.
System Operation
Deployment & Setup: The mobile system is towed adjacent to the bulk truck. Automated parallel screw jacks lift the inclined screw conveyor from its horizontal transport position to a 45° operating angle.
Vacuum Extraction: A high-performance vacuum blower draws raw material directly from open stockpiles or alternative containment mediums via a 12-meter flexible suction hose equipped with a targeted suction nozzle.
Cyclone Separation: The material enters a heavy-duty vacuum receiver cyclone. The bulk solids drop out of the air stream by weight into the bottom hopper, separating cleanly from the conveying air.
Mechanical Lifting: The material shifts from the cyclone hopper into the inclined screw conveyor, which mechanically lifts the bulk solids to the top of the truck platform.
Dust-Free Discharging: Material enters the tanker truck through a motor-driven telescopic loading chute. At start-up, the chute lowers automatically until its polyurethane-coated discharge cone forms an airtight seal against the vessel inlet, preventing particle escape.
Active Filtration & Equalization: During filling, an integrated pulse-jet dust collector evacuates air trapped inside the tanker vessel to increase the product filling rate. Built-in filter units trap airborne particulates and return them to the loader hopper via automatic pulse-jet valves.
Automated Shut-off: An integrated level sensor at the base of the discharge cone monitors product levels in the truck. Once full, the control system terminates loading, retracts the telescopic chute, and automatically lowers the screw conveyor back to the horizontal position for safe transport.

How the System Operates
1. Setup and Positioning
- The system is positioned near the bulk truck to be loaded.
- The screw conveyor is lifted to the operating angle.
- A secure connection is established between the loading bellow and the bulk truck inlet to prevent dust escape.
2. Vacuum Hose Handling
- Vacuum hose controlled by an operator is used to collect material from stockpiles.
- The suction unit transfers the material to a cyclone.
3. Material Transfer
- Material flows from the cyclone into the screw conveyor.
- The screw conveyor transfers the bulk material through the loading bellow into the bulk truck.
4. Dust Control
- The dust collection system operates throughout the loading process.
- It captures dust generated during transfer, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
5. Process Completion and Reset
- Once the bulk truck is fully loaded, the system automatically stops.
- The loading bellow retracts to its initial position.
- The screw conveyor returns to its starting angle, ready for the next cycle.
