How the System Operates

1. Setup and Positioning

  • The system is positioned near the bulk truck to be loaded.
  • The screw conveyor is lifted to the operating angle.
  • A secure connection is established between the loading bellow and the bulk truck inlet to prevent dust escape.

2. Big Bag Placement and Opening

  • Big bags containing dry bulk materials are transported to the discharger using a forklift.
  • Big bags are placed on the big bag discharger.
  • Using big bag cutting knives, the bags are carefully cut open to start material discharge.

3. Material Transfer

  • Material flows from the big bag into the screw conveyor.
  • The screw conveyor transfers the bulk material through the loading bellow into the bulk truck.

4. Dust Control

  • The dust collection system operates throughout the loading process.
  • It captures dust generated during transfer, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

5. Process Completion and Reset

  • Once the bulk truck is fully loaded, the system automatically stops.
  • The loading bellow retracts to its initial position.
  • The screw conveyor returns to its starting angle, ready for the next cycle.
